     Low noise: IGBT inverter high-voltage power supply replaces the traditional high-voltage power supply of IF machine, fundamentally eliminating the noise source generated by IF machine; 

     Super strong self-protection: This welding machine has protection against electron beam overcurrent fault, high-voltage voltage output overvoltage fault, switching power tube overcurrent, overload fault, power supply current overcurrent fault, etc. When any of the above faults occurs, corresponding fault output signals will be generated, high-voltage power supply will be cut off immediately, and fault information will be displayed on the touch screen; 

     Intelligent control: The high voltage power supply, filament power supply, grid bias power supply and focusing power supply of the welding machine adopt closed loop control, which greatly enhances the stability and anti-interference ability of the high voltage power supply system. The filament power supply adopts high-frequency inverter type constant current switching power supply and current closed-loop control, which makes the filament power supply more stable and anti-interference, and is conducive to thin piece welding and double-sided forming welding. At the same time, the service life of the filament is extended, which can save the filament purchase cost to a certain extent; The focusing power supply adopts digital constant current source technology, which can realize zoom welding. The stability of the power supply is higher, and the weld seam consistency is better.

     Fault self diagnosis: digital control technology can greatly enhance the power failure diagnosis function of the electron gun. The power supply has the function of automatic identification of filament break. When the filament breaks, it can identify the filament fault in time and remind the user to replace the filament, making the welding machine more intelligent and humanized; 

     Realizing the storage and calling of welding parameters: the equipment has the functions of inputting, storing and calling welding process parameters (such as beam, focusing, high pressure, welding speed and welding diameter). Select the part number to be welded by the customer through the touch screen, call its automatic welding process program (stored), and automatically complete the whole process of process program adjustment during welding variety conversion (the operator only needs to replace the corresponding welding tooling in advance).
